We believe in our products so much that we offer a 30-day no-hassle refund policy. If you’re unhappy about your purchase, send us the product back and we’ll refund your money as soon as we receive it.
Cancellation / changes
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY! We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed and shipped cannot be canceled.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We believe you can understand that we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

But what if I only receive my item 60 days later?
We know that in some countries the delivery periods can be a bit longer because of your country’s post office and customs. We do know which countries have longer delivery periods, so you don’t have to worry, we’ve got you covered. We receive a notification when your package arrives, so we’ll know and you still have your guarantee.
